Products included on our Services may be unavailable and/or may have different attributes than those described on our Services.

 

You agree to follow all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to your use of our Services and your possession, use and sale of any Product. By placing an order, you represent that the Products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner. While it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a Product. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any Product, to reject any order, and/or to cancel any order at any time. We may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order. Any payments you make to Gkixs LLC for orders that are cancelled by Gkixs LLC will be refunded to the original payment method.

 

  • Shipping 

 

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by you as long as that shipping address is compliant with any applicable shipping restrictions (note that orders can only be shipped to addresses in the United States). For all purchases made on or through our Services, risk of loss and title for Products purchased on or through our Services pass from us to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the applicable carrier for damaged and/or lost shipment, Gkixs LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Gkixs LLC will not be held liable for any lost or misrouted parcels, please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

  • Orders may take 2-5 business days to process prior to shipment. Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays. We ship orders Monday through Saturday, except on the following U.S. holidays

  • Why was my order cancelled?
An order can be cancelled for a variety of reasons. One reason is because we could not verify the payment details provided. We may also cancel your order if an item(s) within your order become unavailable prior to preparing your order for shipment.  For all cancelled orders, a refund of the item(s) will go back to your original form of payment.
  • RETURN POLICY

All Sales are final so please make sure to only checkout what you want and double check all sizes. We DO Not Accept Returns!
